Artisan Crafts / Needlework / Knitting

decided to try to learn stranded colorwork this weekend, i was really surprised at how easily i picked it up. my only hope is that i eventually become proficient at continental knitting because doing this english style is QUITE time consuming, gosh. i used cheap caron yarn just to try out the technique, i hate wasting nice wool on something i'm not sure of. it's looking pretty nice so far though despite the acrylicness of it

;o; this inspires me! I would love to do something like this but with hearts but I am sooo easily distracted that I have a hard time reading books. BUT YES this is lovely and wonderful and I adore the colors!!!

oh dude. i am the same way with books lately somehow?! it's embarrassing actually ahaha. do you knit zams? if so this is so super easy to incorporate, i promise. hearts would probably be easier. thank you for your lovely words ;u;

it's a pattern for a little baby hat actually, i was just trying to see if i could DO it, ykno? unfortunately the size is apparently like SUPER BABYsmall and i don't think it would fit pepper (plus i don't think she likes hats?) i might try to make it into something else since obviously i do not have a need for this silly thing i've made.

i ttttly agree but the problem is that it's knit in a very small circular band already so
